He is the founder of @SaxuallyActive & @ActiveArtistsAgency (AAA) and likes to class himself as more than just a musician and more of an entrepreneur. AAA just organized the entertainment for the engagement party for Amy Jackson at her home in North London and provided all the entertainment for the launch of London In The Sky with many more high profile events on the horizon.
Q: What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning ?
A: With every new day comes fresh thoughts and new challenges. Getting started on these gets me up in the morning. I’m running 2 businesses as well as being TheSaxMan so there’s always lots to get on with. For @ActiveArtistsAgency its working with new & existing clients, planning events and travel logistics and building our amazing family of artistic talent! Q: What would be your super power?
A: Having a super power would be awesome. I would love to be able to fly or hold my breath for hours and be like aqua man as I love the ocean but I think if I could choose anything I would want the power to stop famine, animals going into extinction, global warming, the ability to clean the plastics out the ocean in one quick swoop. Basically, my super power would be to help save our amazing planet and everything on it!
Q: Who is your inspiration?
A: I’m inspired every day by all sorts of things! Humans, animals, Mother Nature and more. I think if I had to quote someone for inspiration it would be Walt Disney. “If you can dream it, you can do it”
Q: What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read this week ?
A: That Russia didn’t consider beer to be alcohol until 2011! It was previously classified as a soft drink?!
Q: Where is your next gig?
A: The calendar of gigs is pretty mental over the next 12 months. Performing alongside DJ’s at events all over London and the UK, private parties throughout Europe, Caribbean, India and Africa along with tours of USA & Asia! You can follow my journey via Instagram @TheSaxManUK
