START YOUR MAKE-UP

With the base now sorted, let’s start focusing on your face frame, adding foundation:

A staple in my make-up kit, Skin Base by Illamasqua is very smooth, blends easily onto the skin and has a supernatural effect with the greatest buildable coverage ever. Suits most skin types and leave a satiny glowy finish while being water-resistant. Set it with translucent powder (IT Cosmetics featured below) and make it summer-proof with a setting spray. The brilliant thing about it is that it doubles up as a concealer, I do not usually recommend using foundation instead of concealer, this being the only foundation I would make an exception for.

Add dimension to your face by using a newly-launched bronzer from Charlotte Tilbury. Airbrush Matte Bronzer is an instant success, feels luxurious and adds the much needed sun-kissed glow. It has its own refill, which makes it even more desirable.

On to cheeks:
Add some blusher to complete the look: My choice is Pixi On-the-Glow Blush. It has a refreshing colour warming up any complexion. This coral shade is a summer favourite! Bonus: keeps the skin hydrated and glowy and can be used on lips too (wink!)
On to eyes:
Illamasqua Cream base Iconic Chromes in shade Inspiring THE ultimate bronzy shade. Glides onto the skin leaving a metallic, multidimensional finish. Just pop it in the middle of your lid for a great colour-payoff without creasing.

Alternatively, for an extra pop of colour use this cool Lush eyeliner in Abalone, a mesmerizing teal and turquoise shade. You can use an eyeliner brush for the most precise flick or dab it on your lid with your finger to create a gorgeous exotic eye.
