A staple in my make-up kit, Skin Base by Illamasqua is very smooth, blends easily onto the skin and has a supernatural effect with the greatest buildable coverage ever. Suits most skin types and leave a satiny glowy finish while being water-resistant. Set it with translucent powder (IT Cosmetics featured below) and make it summer-proof with a setting spray.
