Irisha: I was born and raised in a family of musicians, which greatly influenced my upbringing and nurtured my artistic side from an early age. Growing up, I developed a passion for clothing—my first creations were outfits for my doll, and as I got older, I began designing pieces for myself.

Music and fashion have always been the two great loves of my life. My family’s constant encouragement and support played a pivotal role in helping me explore these passions. I’ve always known that my future would revolve around the arts—it was never a question of if, but rather how.

For me, fashion is more than just style; it’s a powerful medium for storytelling, inspiration, and self-expression. This passion for creativity has been at the heart of everything I do.

BTMag: Was your dream when you started your career? Do you think you have achieved it now?

Irisha: My dream has always been to leave something meaningful and beautiful behind—a legacy that inspires others. I aim to make a positive impact on the world through my daily work. While I know the world doesn’t revolve around me, I believe change begins with each of us. Through my work, I want to reshape how people view fashion and the way they dress. Style is more than just clothing—it’s a way of life, and it has the power to transform lives for the better.

I still have a long way to go, and I feel like I’ve only achieved 10% of what I envision for myself. But when I look back at where I started, I’ve already surpassed those initial dreams by 500%. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I’m just getting started.

BTMag: What made you wait so long to transition from fashion stylist to entrepreneur?

Irisha: I believe timing is everything, and for me, the transition from fashion stylist to entrepreneur was about preparation and confidence. I wanted to make sure I had the knowledge, experience, and vision to build something truly meaningful and sustainable. As a stylist, I gained valuable insights into what people need, how they think about fashion, and how personal style can transform lives.

It wasn’t about rushing into the entrepreneurial world—it was about ensuring that when I took that step, I was ready to offer something unique and impactful. Waiting allowed me to refine my skills, build strong relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of the industry. When the time came, I knew I was ready to create something that reflects my passion and values.

BTMag: What inspired the creation of DomIrisha, and how is this inspiration reflected in your products?

Irisha: The creation of DomIrisha was inspired by my deep love for fashion and my belief in its transformative power. I wanted to create more than just clothing—I wanted to offer pieces that tell a story, reflect individuality, and inspire confidence. My vision was to blend timeless elegance with a modern edge, crafting designs that empower people to express themselves and embrace their unique style.

This inspiration is reflected in every product we create. From the careful selection of materials to the thoughtful design process, each piece embodies a balance of sophistication and practicality. I want people to feel not only stylish but also connected to the story behind each item—a story rooted in creativity, quality, and the desire to make a lasting impact in the world of fashion.

Irisha: I define DomIrisha as a brand that celebrates individuality, elegance, and the transformative power of style. At its core, DomIrisha is more than just fashion—it’s a way of life. It’s about creating timeless, versatile pieces that empower people to express themselves authentically while embracing confidence and sophistication.

The core values we promote are creativity, quality, and sustainability. Creativity drives everything we do, ensuring our designs are unique and reflective of the stories we want to tell. Quality is non-negotiable—we believe that every piece should stand the test of time, both in craftsmanship and style. I envision DomIrisha offering a full range of high-end, sustainable fashion, from ready-to-wear collections to exclusive pieces, while staying true to our core values of individuality and craftsmanship. We aim to grow our international reach, collaborate with like-minded designers and influencers, and create unique experiences that engage our customers on a deeper level.

Ultimately, I want DomIrisha to be synonymous with timeless elegance, innovative design, and a community of people who share our passion for fashion that makes a difference—both aesthetically and sustainably.

BTMag: Can you share any upcoming collaborations or new product launches that your audience should be excited about?

Irisha: Exciting things are on the horizon for DomIrisha! One of the biggest announcements is that our upcoming collection will be showcased on the runway at Paris Fashion Week 2025. This is a monumental step for the brand, and we are thrilled to present our designs on such a prestigious stage.

In addition to Paris Fashion Week, we have some exclusive product launches planned that we know our audience will love. These new pieces will offer fresh, innovative designs that stay true to our brand’s vision of elegance and uniqueness. We’re also working on limited-edition collections that will allow our customers to add something truly special to their wardrobes.

The next few months are filled with exciting projects, and we can’t wait to share them with our audience as we continue to grow and make our mark on the fashion world.

Irisha: To stay ahead of industry trends, we focus on a combination of creativity, research, and adaptability. At DomIrisha, we closely monitor global fashion movements, cultural shifts, and technological innovations, which helps us stay in tune with what’s evolving in the industry. However, we believe the key to long-term success is balancing trend awareness with a commitment to creating timeless, high-quality designs that resonate beyond short-lived fads.

We also stay connected to our customers, listening to their needs and preferences. This direct feedback informs how we adapt to market demands and allows us to refine our offerings to better meet their expectations. BTMag: What have been the biggest challenges you faced in the process of launching your brand?

Irisha:The biggest challenges in launching DomIrisha have undoubtedly been the balancing act of staying true to my vision while navigating the complexities of the fashion industry. One of the main hurdles has been ensuring that every piece is crafted to the highest standard, especially when it comes to sourcing exclusive materials and maintaining quality control. Building relationships with suppliers and manufacturers that align with our standards of craftsmanship took time and patience.

Another challenge was establishing a distinct identity in such a competitive market. The fashion industry is constantly evolving, and it can be difficult to stand out. But, through perseverance and staying focused on creating pieces that speak to the values of individuality, elegance, and quality, we’ve managed to carve our own niche.

Lastly, growing the brand while keeping up with the fast-paced demands of the market has been a challenge, but it’s also been incredibly rewarding.
